Associate Attorney - Construction Law

Job Description KTTB is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with construction defect experience to join our innovative practice in Irvine. This is a "hands-on" role where you will be involved in every stage of complex civil litigation/construction defect. You will work closely with partners to advocate for property owners and recover meaningful compensation across Southern California.
Key Responsibilities Litigation Management: Manage cases through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.
Drafting & Filing: Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Strategic Collaboration: Work under partner supervision while taking ownership of assigned matters to drive results.
Experience: 5 years of previous experience in plaintiffs work or construction defect litigation is preferred; Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a Health Savings Account (HSA). Retirement: 401(k) with firm matching.
