Role: BCBA / BCaBA
Schedule : Full time
Location: Wisconsin (Statewide)
Setting: Clinic and School-Based ABA Services (Children & Young Adults)
Responsibilities
Clinical / Caseload
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans using Functional Behavior Assessments
Provide supervision and training to behavioral technicians
Conduct ongoing assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Essentials for Living)
Analyze data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
Provide parent training and caregiver support
Complete required documentation and reporting
Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and families
Administrative
Support clinical operations and staff management
Participate in performance evaluations and corrective feedback
Ensure policy compliance and staff understanding
Maintain client contracts and attendance tracking
Qualifications
BCBA or BCaBA license in Wisconsin
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to pass caregiver background check
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
