Processes Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading and offering several types of membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting various forms of payments. Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.

Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department

Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Collects payments via cash, check, or other charge payments from members.

Returns re-sellable merchandise to the sales floor area.

Assists Members with operations and technical difficulties.

Required to meet cashier productivity expectations.

Maintains all club policies and procedures.

Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Environmental Job Conditions

There may be a need to occasionally position oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.

May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance.
