Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN
Location: Lumberton, NC
Facility: Trinity Rehab
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with Assisted Living (AL)
Trinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lumberton, NC. This position provides the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
Our facility is a beautiful 72-bed community , featuring:
52 Skilled Nursing beds
20 Assisted Living beds
10 private short-term rehab rooms with en-suite bathrooms
Therapists enjoy working in our state-of-the-art rehab gym , designed to support comprehensive care and exceptional outcomes. The gym includes:
Spacious treatment areas
Two treatment mat tables
NuStep machine
Fully equipped ADL kitchen
Full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower
Location Highlights: Nestled near a quiet residential area, our facility offers a peaceful setting while still providing convenient access to regional destinations:
Approximately 1.5 hours to the beaches of North and South Carolina
