Underwriter / Senior Underwriter
A respected and growing specialty insurance organization is seeking an Underwriter / Senior Underwriter to join its high-net-worth underwriting team. This role is ideal for an underwriting professional who thrives on complex risks, values broker relationships, and wants to make an impact in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Prior experience in personal lines underwriting is required. Underwrite personal lines Property & Casualty products for high-net-worth individuals
Manage a book consisting of large accounts and complex risks for partner brokers
Evaluate submissions, assess exposures, and ensure compatibility with risk appetite while maintaining underwriting discipline
Document underwriting files and recommend enhancements to guidelines and workflows
Participate in underwriting and marketing projects aimed at improving results and expanding the book of business
Focused exclusively on delivering tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients
Strong emphasis on partnership with brokers, internal teams, and clients
Hybrid and remote options supported, with a geographically diverse team
Growth Opportunities: Exposure to large, complex accounts and the ability to develop deep market expertise
