(7:00 am - 3:30 pm) for our Receiving Department.Starting pay: $19.00 - $21.00What will you be doing as a Warehouse Associate:Offload merchandise from trailers or containersPull merchandise for ordersStage merchandise for deliveries and customer pick-upsEnsure all merchandise has the correct company label/SKUStock merchandise into rack bays as assignedRun assigned reports to self-audit work performanceCheck delivery trucks for merchandise coming back from routes to the Distribution CenterScan and restock merchandise to the correct Distribution Center locationsWork overtime including days off as business needs requireYou will need these skills as a Warehouse Associate:Ability to lift, pull, push, or carry up to 100-150 poundsMust be able to stand for long periodsMust be able to operate a forklift, picker, powered pallet jack, and manual pallet jackMust pass/complete Mancini's material handling equipment training course within 15 days of hireWarehouse experience preferredMust be a high school graduate or have a GEDAptitude to properly use a handheld scan gunAptitude for menial computer tasks – Word, Excel, and our WMSMust have the ability to communicate clearly, both in written and verbalCan-Do attitude a mustThe team mentality is a mustKnowledge of Lean Methodology a plusKnowledge of 5S a plusKnowledge of 6-Sigma a plusBilingual English / Spanish a plusYou will get:Competitive hourly rateInternal advancement based on aptitudeHealth Benefits (medical, dental, and vision)401kPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysEmployee Product Discount ProgramTeam lunch parties based on performance goalsMon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm on provided schedule
