Day shift 6:30am-7pm

Night Shift 6:30pm-7pm

Job Description
As a Charge Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that care delivery is consistent with the missions and policies of the company and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will also oversee the overall operations, integration, coordination, and direction of nursing care during the assigned shift; this includes mentoring and educating nursing personnel and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Qualifications

A strong passion for working with seniors

Flexible, fun, and energetic personality

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

Prior experience as an RN in a LTC, SNF, AL, or MC setting required

Professional image in both appearance and behavior

Excellent written and oral communication skills
