We are currently seeking Compounders to support our Chaska.This position is responsible for mixing raw ingredients to produce finished batches of high-quality over-the-counter, personal care, and household products by following complex company procedures, operating mix tanks and relevant equipment while maintaining safety, product quality and meeting production goals. We currently have the following shifts available for this position: Weekend Day Shift Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm, Chaska locationWeekend Night Shift Friday/Saturday/Sunday 6:00pm-6:00am, Chaska locationJob Responsibilities: Mix and make batch records based on schedule requirementsFollow Compounding Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure batch-making accuracyEnsure batch yields are falling within an acceptable rangeReport and investigate any yield variancesDisposes of any scrap in an environmentally safe mannerEnsures preventative maintenance and proper cleaning procedures are done on all equipment.Has a lean mindset and always looking for ways to improve processesQualifications and Preferred Experience: High school diploma or GED is requiredApproximately 1-year experience in chemical handlingPrior mixing experience is a plus.Ability to operate all material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Uses processes and technology to improve the quality and efficiency of service or production; Has a "working" knowledge of personal computer operation.Can read, comprehend and write in English at a 12th grade level.This position may require work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands of the business cycle, customer volume of business, and specific sales efforts underway. It has no requirement for overnight or day travel.Good eyesight, normal hearing, and fluent in the English language.Work Schedule:This position usually works for 8-10 hours during a shift. However, hours of work are flexible and will fluctuate based on the needs of the business and the customers.
