Looking for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping people and building relationships? Join the team as a Member Services Representative in in Morrisville, NC.
This is a great opportunity for someone with teller or banking experience who wants to grow their career in financial services while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Open and maintain member accounts (Checking, Savings, CDs, IRAs, and more)
Help members with account questions, online banking, mobile banking, and bill pay
Assist members in person, by phone, email, and written correspondence
Support teller operations as needed during breaks, vacations, or absences
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
Comfortable discussing and recommending financial products and services
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
High School Diploma or equivalent
Branch Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Competitive hourly pay: $22-$25/hour
Full-time opportunity with potential for permanent hire
No evenings or weekends
