Marketing & Sales Client Rep

Act as first point of contact for General Agency point of sales representative and back-office personnel.

Build application records electronically as required for all general agency submitted applications.

Manage paperwork submission from the general agency to the compliance unit for Financial Advisors (FA)

Strong customer and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication and phone presentation.

High school diploma or equivalent

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job may be located in an environment with ringing phones, conversation, or customer contact.
