PRN RN (Registered Nurse)- SAME DAY PAY

Registered NurseAll Ways Caring Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect care to clients in the comfort of their home environment. The nurse supervises and directs the efforts of the Caregiver when involved in the client's plan of care. Based on state regulations, nurses may perform administrative and/or field/clinical responsibilities.Responsibilities include:Providing skilled nursing care/treatment to clients per Physicians Orders and Plan of CareDocumenting nursing actions of all care given to individuals and informing physicians and family accordinglyAdministering and monitoring medication and management as prescribed by physicianConducting nursing assessment visit as neededFollowing policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standardsCompleting supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentationImplementing nursing support for individuals in a home settingWorking with Director or Nursing/Nurse Supervisor and/or Branch Manager to address the health needs of individualsParticipating in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as neededEnsuring compliance with physician's verbal orders and medical reportsQualifications include:Degree in Nursing from an accredited schoolOne or more years of nursing experience preferredCurrent and unrestricted license in the state of the operationCPR professional certificationExcellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyCapable of working independently with highly confidential informationAdditional job information includes:Great company cultureCompetitive pay with daily pay options availableFlexible work schedulesBenefits, Supplemental Plans, EAP, and 401KCareer growth and development opportunitiesOpportunities for career/clinical growth and developmentReferral BonusSalary Range: USD $41.00 / Hour
