Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Schedule / Job Type: Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional independence
Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and goals
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensure
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance standards
