Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.Bonus StructureMonthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
