Live Nation Merchandise Specialist

Do you enjoy live music? Then the Live Nation Merchandise Specialist position may be the right opportunity for you. Merchandise Specialists are directly supervised by the venue's Merchandise Manager. They arrive at a concert venue on show day and immediately jump into motion. Artist merchandise needs to be inventoried, distributed, and displayed for sale. After the show is over, you help the team reassemble the remaining merchandise. Once reconciliation is complete and the merchandise returned to the Artist, you head home, knowing you put in a full day's work.

Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venues

Accurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation's sales system

Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue

Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures

Complete sales transactions for each guest

Support successful sales operations at each event

Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations

Take direction from their supervisor, the venue's Merchandise Manager

Specialists are detail oriented, supporting accuracy and completeness in order fulfillment

Specialists must be team-driven, working as part of a larger unit

Specialists should be self-starters that do not require significant supervision

Retail sales backgrounds not necessary

Positions that leverage customer service or hospitality

Must be able to available for the entire concert day, with shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks)

Must be able to work in outdoor environments in potential extreme temperatures

Must be of legal working age in the state
