Everyday Crawford associates provide the best customer experience while at the same time offering the widest variety of electrical products on the market.Responsibilities: Responsible for the performance of facility maintenance such as light plumbing, changing of light bulbs and ballasts, carpentry, painting, and other repairs at all assigned sites. Responsible for maintaining the property through janitorial duties i.e. cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of facilities. Responsible for grounds maintenance to include sweeping, landscaping, and other work at site. Assist in checking facilities for safety hazards and report any deficiencies. Ensure all windows and entrances/exits are secured at end of work shift. Conduct regular maintenance of property such as pest control, alarm system, etc. Responsible for moving of furniture and supplies when needed. Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies. Notify managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.
