Server Assistant

Serves water, bread and butter as needed

Ensures all service stations in the kitchen are stocked and ready for service

Completes set up and teardown of large party dining events as assigned

Delivers food to tables using the correct seat positions on the ticket

Places entrée to the correct seat positions accordingly, serving the women first

Polishes silverware before and after shifts

Stocks servers' station with supplies

Stocks bus station continually with ice, coffee, teas and other supplies

Collects trash from dining room and other specified places after each serving period

High school diploma/GED a plus but not required

Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages
