Head of Products - Remote

Location: Remote

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and planning through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and delivery teams to define product requirements.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, customer feedback, market trends, and product opportunities.

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on strategic objectives, customer value, and business impact.

Partner with Agile teams to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality product delivery.

Identify and manage risks, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities.

Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven insights, customer feedback, and performance analysis.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles.

Proven experience managing enterprise digital products across the full product lifecycle.

Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog management, and requirements definition.
