Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Must-Have: Telemetry and PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience

Interpretation of dysrhythmias and remote monitoring required

Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, and Sheath Removal experience required

Accessing ports, blood product administration, central line/care management, and PICC line management experience

Any call offs or additional RTO on the unit could result in a cancellation and DNR. Floating is required as needed, with potential to float every shift. The unit will accept first-time travelers. Local candidates accepted. Ratios on the unit are 1:6-7. Expectation to work 5-6 weekend shifts, equating to every other weekend. Contract staff may be assigned and expected to work during catastrophic events or disasters. Must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty. Call-off policy will be strongly enforced.
