The right candidate is responsible for developing engaging multimedia content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and sales objectives across digital channels. This role creates compelling content for social media, websites, video platforms, email campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives that enhance the customer journey and strengthen the company’s brand presence. Capture, create, edit, and deliver high-quality multimedia content, including video, photography, graphics, and social media assets for organic and paid digital marketing campaignsPlan, coordinate, and participate in content shoots, interviews, community visits, home tours, promotional events, and other marketing activations to generate original contentDevelop content that supports national campaigns, community launches, seasonal initiatives, product promotions, and other business priorities across multiple digital channelsEdit and optimize content for various social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising while tailoring creative assets for platform-specific audiences and formatsManage content production schedules and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content aligned with campaign calendars and project deadlinesPartner with homeowners, content creators, influencers, internal stakeholders, and on-camera talent to maximize storytelling opportunities and create authentic, engaging brand experiencesMonitor content performance, audience engagement, and emerging digital trends to recommend creative enhancements that improve reach, engagement, and overall campaign effectivenessMaintain consistent brand identity, visual standards, messaging guidelines, and quality across all content while ensuring compliance with company policies and marketing standardsAssist with organizing and maintaining digital content libraries, media assets, and production files for future marketing useConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the CompanyConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnightQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Advertising, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceThree (3) or more years of experience creating digital content for social media, marketing campaigns, or brand communicationsExperience capturing and editing photo and video content using professional cameras and mobile devicesExperience using Adobe Creative Cloud applicationsExperience creating content for major social media platforms Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applicationsAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderatePreferred QualificationsExperience working for a consumer-facing brand or agencyExperience with creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or user-generated content campaignsFamiliarity with social media analytics platforms and content performance reportingExperience using project management and content planning toolsCome join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
