About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT Operations team at our Earth City, MO headquarters. This is a 100% on-premise position, ideal for a hands-on professional with strong system administration experience in on-site infrastructure and enterprise systems. You’ll manage internal systems, support users, and contribute to infrastructure and security initiatives in a dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities from server management to application support.
Responsibilities Maintain, monitor, and optimize physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows/Linux).
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related core services.
Support and improve virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
Perform routine patching, backups, and system health monitoring.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for service desk escalations.
Assist with endpoint management and software deployment.
Participate in after-hours upgrades, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR relevant certifications in lieu of a degree.
Technical Skills Required Windows Server & Linux administration
Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Networking fundamentals (VLANs, TCP/IP, Firewalls)
Backup and disaster recovery systems
Technical Skills (Preferred/Bonus) Appgate SDP (or similar ZTNA solutions)
Microsoft 365 administration
ConnectWise Service Manager or other RMM platforms
Schedule Monday-Friday, standard 8-hour shifts
Availability for occasional nights/weekends for after-hours support, upgrades, or project work
