Weekend PRN Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description Receptionist – Casual/PRN/As Needed
Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently hiring a Receptionist for Every Other Weekend and weekday coverage as needed for holidays/request offs.
Requirements of the Receptionist:
Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is required.
Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; monitoring logbook; Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
