Recruitment Resourcer (remote)
$25 - $27 per hourAddison Group
Location (city, state): Naperville, IL (Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Addison Group has partnered with our client in the food distribution industry to support peak seasonal hiring. This opportunity offers valuable HR/Talent Acquisition experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team during a busy hiring season. This role is ideal for someone highly organized who enjoys process management and behind-the-scenes support in recruitment.
Draft and distribute a high volume of offer letters each week
Manage applicant tracking system (iCIMS), updating candidate records and monitoring workflows
Partner closely with the Recruiting team to support hiring demands
1–2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with iCIMS or another applicant tracking system required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Strong communication and customer service skills
Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Great resume-building experience for HR/Talent Acquisition career paths
