COMA COFFEE ROASTERS
Boomerang Coffee Lounge is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. As a Barista, you will be at the heart of the guest experience — crafting quality beverages, building connections, and helping create an atmosphere where people feel welcome and cared for.
If you enjoy serving others, working in a fast‑paced environment, and being part of a positive culture, we would love to meet you.
Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
Deliver genuine, friendly customer service from greeting to order completion
Support inventory organization and restocking throughout shifts
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Work alongside teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn drink recipes and barista techniques
Team‑oriented mindset with personal accountability
Previous coffee or food service experience is helpful, but not required. A chance to serve and impact the Midland community
