Assisted Living Manager

The Assisted Living Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility. This role ensures the highest quality of care and support for residents while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the assisted living facility, including staffing, budget, and resident care.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Coordinate and supervise staff training and development programs.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to enhance resident care.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Oversee the assessment of resident needs and the development of individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within an assisted living or healthcare environment.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Proficient in managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing circumstances.

This position requires an 8-hour shift, with work scheduled from Sunday to Thursday. A total of 40 guaranteed hours per week is expected.
