Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and night shift availability.
Details

• Acute Medicine Unit (PCU/Step-Down) in a hospital setting
• Progressive Care/Step-Down or Intermediate Care patient population
• 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 3 shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

Active RN license — Georgia (GA) or Compact license required
Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 2 years of recent Progressive Care, Step-Down, or Intermediate Care experience
Driver's License required for consideration
Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Former permanent staff who became travelers must have a 2-year break before returning to this facility as a traveler
Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
