PCT Tech - FULL TIME - Nights

Department: Virtual Health Center PTT
Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Nights
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.
Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire. Preferred: Telemetry or CNA experience.
