CritiCare Home Health and Nursing Services is a family owned and operated business serving Delaware and Chester counties for over 40 years. We are NOT franchised which allow us to focus our resources on the care of our clients and the quality of the caregivers that we hire. Our excellent reputation in the health care industry has led to our growth. The nature of the work is per-diem so a CritiCare employee is in the driver's seat. Our employees have the flexibility to choose which clients they would like to help based on the employee's availability and our clients' needs. If an employee's work, school or family schedule changes, CritiCare can partner with the employee to assign a new client or shift. Employees are NOT required to travel to our office in Chadds Ford on a weekly basis.
Geriatric/Adult client responsibilities could include: driving a client to doctor's appointments, cooking meals, light house keeping, laundry, companionship and other duties as assigned.
Pediatric clients could require assistance with behavior redirection, assistance with dressing, grooming and monitoring for safety and other duties as assigned.
