One of the premier Healthcare organizations is seeking an HR Associate Generalist for their compensation/benefits department to provide administrative support. Perform Oracle HR data cleanup and job description migration.
Review job-related data for accuracy and completeness.
Make informed HR-related decisions on skills alignment and job classifications.
Transfer structured job data into Oracle system fields.
Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the migration process.
Apply HR knowledge to support accurate data validation beyond basic data entry.
Three years of HR Generalist/Associate experience is required.
Must have strong HR knowledge and be comfortable with HR systems and data.
31.00/hr.
