Develop and document comprehensive standard operating procedures across casino audit functions, including multiple revenue streams

Create structured documentation that clearly outlines audit procedures, controls, and reporting requirements

Analyze how financial data and transactions move through the organization to ensure procedures support accurate reporting and reconciliation

Incorporate current regulatory guidelines and internal control requirements into all documented processes

Provide recommendations to improve efficiency, consistency, and audit readiness across accounting operations

Support implementation and refinement of newly developed procedures through collaboration with leadership

Proven experience within a casino accounting or audit environment is required

Strong knowledge of revenue accounting processes, including familiarity with cage operations and gaming‑related audits such as slots and table games

Demonstrated ability to create SOPs or formal documentation for accounting or audit functions

Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls within a gaming environment
