Job Description Front Desk Receptionist – Pain Management Clinic

Join our growing pain management practice as a Front Desk Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our patients. In this vital role, you will help create a welcoming, supportive environment while ensuring smooth daily operations. Although our practice continues to grow with the community, we remain committed to providing personalized, one-on-one care—treating every patient like family.

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

Maintain front office organization and ensure a smooth patient flow

Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred (pain management a plus)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems

Knowledge of insurance verification and medical scheduling processes
