Project Manager (3+ Years Experience)

Lead Complex Industrial Projects with a Growing Industry Leader!

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee large-scale industrial construction and engineering projects across aviation, parcel distribution, logistics, postal, and food & beverage markets.

This role offers the opportunity to manage highly visible projects directly with owners and end users while leading multidisciplinary teams through planning, execution, and successful project delivery.

Manage projects from award through closeout

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

Coordinate engineering, field, subcontractor, and vendor activities

Lead project meetings and drive accountability across teams

Manage project documentation, contracts, change orders, and submittals

Identify and resolve project risks and technical challenges

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

Mentor Project Engineers and support team development

3+ years of Project Management experience in construction, engineering, industrial, manufacturing, or related industries

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools
• Industrial, mechanical, structural, material handling, or construction project experience is highly desirable

Direct-to-owner projects with greater visibility and responsibility

Diverse project portfolio across multiple industries

Hybrid flexibility with 1 day WFH per week after getting fully up to speed in the role

• Travel to project sites as needed, typically 1-3 short trips per month

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
