As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our residents. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our nursing staff. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Providing wound care and dressing changes
• Assisting with bathing, toileting, and personal care tasks
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

Provide skilled nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
