Head of Projects Marketing

Blue Compass is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead digital marketing and web development projects from initiation to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is eager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. Project Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing and web development projects, ensuring all deadlines, deliverables, and goals are met.

Work closely with Account Executives, designers, developers, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.

Schedule and lead meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to ensure clear communication across teams.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for greater efficiency and implement best practices for project management.

3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role (experience in digital marketing or web development is a plus).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms) is a plus.
