Server Assistant

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Location: Saltwater Cowboys Waterfront Restaurant

Compensation: $10 hourly base pay plus tip out

Job Overview: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Server Assistant to join our team. This is a physically demanding role that supports our front-of-house staff in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, respectful, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas

Carry heavy bus bins with dirty dishes to designated wash areas

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

Take out trash and ensure waste areas are clean and organized

Move up and down multiple flights of stairs throughout the shift

Transport heavy items (e.g., bins, supplies) safely up and down stairs

Support servers and other team members as needed to maintain smooth operations

Follow all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods

Comfortable lifting and carrying heavy items

Strong sense of accountability and dependability

Demonstrates respect for team members and guests at all times

Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
