RN Weekend Night Day Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele
This position is an auto-offer with the following details:
Role: RN
Shift: Nights, 1900-0700
Weekend Requirements: As required by facility, typically every other weekend
Current RN License in Missouri or eligible for licensure
Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Telemetry
Equipment: Standard nursing equipment on Tele unit

EMR: EPIC

Must Have Skills/Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Telemetry
Type of Patients on Unit: 50% Medical / 50% Tele adults only
Contract Duration: 13-26 weeks
Weekends: Standard expectation of working every other weekend unless otherwise approved.
Holidays: Candidates should expect to work at least one of the major winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day).
Night shift orientation will take place on day shift. The Registered Nurse in this role will perform direct patient care activities for all age groups, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN will monitor and coordinate patient care activities in collaboration with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient care and comfort. This role functions within the scope of nursing practice and adheres to established guidelines, including the Nurse Practice Act and relevant code of conduct.
