Head of Compliance Projects

Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is looking for a Project Manager to support our mission in Kirtland Airforce Base, NM. To plans, directs, and oversees contract performance for mission-support operations at Kirtland AFB. Serves as the primary interface with the customer and corporate leadership; manages staffing, schedule, cost, risk, quality, deliverables, and subcontractor coordination; monitors performance metrics and compliance; Manages the day-to-day activities for a moderately complex Technical or non-Technical project.

Manages the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer.

Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.

May conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs.

Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies.

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

8 years of experience including 3 years leading technical or mission-support teams
