Join ProCook as a Sales Advisor! We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role: As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our friendly Gretna Store! We have a permanent part time contract working 16hrs per week.

Working pattern up to 4 x 4hour shifts to be worked across 2 days in the week and weekends

Have worked in a customer-facing sales role.

Have retail or customer service experience.

You are comfortable working to clear performance expectations and sales targets.

Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.

Salary is £13.45 per hour - we are a Real Living Wage employer.
