This role is a position that builds refinery operations knowledge and understanding and application of key engineering fundamentals. Our TeamThis role will be working on a team of several new engineers of varying engineering disciplines. Each engineer is assigned a series of rotations to provide engineering support to specific parts of the business. This rotation also provides an opportunity for development and career advancement.Our Rotational ProgramEngineers progress through discipline-based rotations supporting the different refinery units and process/mechanical systems onsite. Anticipated timeframe within the Plant Engineering group is roughly one (1) year with rotations in process/operations engineering. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data.
