Material Handler I - 2nd ShiftEaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Material Handler I - 2nd Shift to join the El Paso, TX team!The hourly rate for this position is $16.76 per hour plus $1 shift differential per hour. This role ensures that materials are accurately received, transported, and delivered to designated areas while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety standards. Exhibit a strong adherence to quality by continually seeking methods of improvement for all functions of the position.Ensure that all products and parts adequately meet Eaton's quality guidelines as they move throughout the production process. Perform quality checks as instructed.Receive and process material kitting orders promptly to execute production schedulesComplete inventory transactions and ensure accuracyComply with all safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment safely and competently. Own and lead 5S process and discipline for assigned warehouse areaReceive and process incoming raw materials and ensure the inventory process is followed correctlyPrepare finished products for final shipment including packaging, documentation, and loading, and ensure on-time deliverySafely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (stand-up and sit-down), order pickers, automatic pallet wrappers, pallet jack and electric pallet jack.Perform Lean Initiatives by recommending suggestions for improvement related to quality, work processes, and environmental safety and health.Qualifications:Required:• High School diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
