Litigation Law Paralegal

We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented litigation paralegal to join our team and play an important role in managing and moving complex litigation matters forward.

This is more than a document-and-deadline position. Our paralegals are trusted members of the litigation team who anticipate what attorneys and clients need, take ownership of their work, and help drive cases from initial investigation through discovery, settlement, trial, and appeals.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll work closely with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and courts throughout the life of a case. Providing case management and litigation support
Conducting detailed reviews of newly assigned cases, helping to identify and gather information needed as cases move into discovery
Assisting with litigation filings, client reporting, and case updates
Helping with mediation reports, confidential evaluations, and settlement documentation
We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and genuinely enjoys litigation . An associate degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field; At least 5 years of related experience in a law office or litigation environment.
The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative member of a litigation team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
