Showroom Sales - Showroom Salesperson

Department: Category Sales

This position will support the Category Managers with the day-to-day activities used to drive sales and achieve department and category objectives. Process item maintenance, cost changes, and freight adjustments for vendors with accuracy daily

Enter, track and process billing each period

Communicate effectively across all departments, including Inventory Management, Center Store, Accounting, AWG Brands and warehouse teams

Compile and run data reports as requested by the Category Manager

Assist with special projects and other assigned duties

Customer focus - Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships.

Ensures accountability - Establishes clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results.

Knowledge of AWG systems preferred to include SCM, PComm, Balances, OnDemand, Peoplesoft

Minimum of 6 months previous customer service experience

Microsoft Office experience required; strong Excel knowledge preferredMust be able to multi-task easily and efficiently with strong communication skills
