POSITION SUMMARY As our Retail Store Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining visual merchandising standards, keeping the sales floor replenished, unpacking and preparing merchandise as it arrives. Based in our San Diego Retail Store, the goal of the role is to excite customers with this new and exciting IRL experience!
Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Maintain an elevated standard of visual merchandising and overall store standards.
Keep the sales floor replenished and unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives.
Qualifications High school diploma required.
Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory.
An upbeat, high-energy demeanor, excited to interact with customers and passionate about the brand.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
