We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Oberlin, OH. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently throughout our facility and arrive accurately and on time.

Receive incoming materials into the ERP system and complete required inventory transactions.

Unload deliveries, verify shipments, and inspect incoming materials for accuracy or damage.

Pick, pack, label, weigh, and prepare outgoing shipments for customer delivery and courier pickup.

Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Transport materials throughout the facility to support production.

Ensure outgoing shipments meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Assist with additional warehouse and shipping duties as needed.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

1–3 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.
Basic math skills for inventory and shipping calculations.
Frequently stand and walk throughout the workday.

Lift and move up to 55 pounds without assistance.
