Job Description Bellin Health System located in Green Bay, Wisconsin is recruiting to add an additional BC/BE Obstetrician to join our Generations team within our comprehensive OB/GYN and Neonatology Service Line. You will be joining a well-established and highly respected group of physicians, midwives and advanced practice clinicians within a hospital employed model. Walk right into practice with a freshly remodeled Maternity Unit as well as newly developed state of the art Level II Neonatology Unit. Practice Details: Full-time practice: 40 hours per week (at least 32 hours per week devoted to direct patient care) 1:10 Call Schedule ~ 24/7 restricted on-call coverage with dedicated midwifery collaboration Currently 10 OBGYN Physicians Gynecology/Oncology Services Maternal Fetal Medicine Services Uro-Gynecology Services Advanced Practice Providers Certified Nurse Midwives Participation in regional outreach da Vinci Xi Robot Approximately 1,500 births per year with projected increase to 1,800 Compensation: 100% Production-Based Compensation 2-year Compensation Guarantee Performance Bonus Available Outreach Travel Stipend Restricted Call Stipend $5,000 CME per fiscal year 80 hours of paid time off to conduct CME 264 hours of contracted paid time off Health, Vision & Dental Insurance Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance 401K and 457B Retirement Plans Professional Liability Insurance provided by Bellin Health
