Job Description Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse II - Apheresis Our organization in San Antonio, TX, is on the lookout for a dedicated Registered Nurse II specializing in Apheresis . This position involves delivering specialized apheresis therapies to a variety of patient groups.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored nursing care plans based on evidence-based practices.
Operate and troubleshoot apheresis equipment effectively.
Monitor patients throughout the entire apheresis process, including pre-procedure, during, and post-procedure care.
Collaborate with physicians, laboratory staff, and infusion teams to ensure safe and precise collection and treatment processes.
Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain comprehensive documentation standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Current RN license.
Experience in apheresis or related nursing fields is preferred.
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
