BCBA - Supervision Part-Time

This BCBA role is built differently and that’s intentional. ABA Advantage is not a high-volume, productivity-driven ABA provider. ABA Advantage provides in-home and outpatient ABA services in Metropolitan Phoenix, Arizona, with a strong focus on:

Behavioral regulation and developmental needs

This position is a strong fit for a BCBA who:

Wants to grow with a company and help shape clinical direction

Focuses on behavior, regulation, and developmental progress over purely academic programming

Prefers working with children 6-14, including higher functioning/socially complex profiles

As a BCBA at ABA Advantage, you will play a key role in delivering ethical, high-quality ABA services while supporting and mentoring our RBT team. Role structure includes:

Hybrid model: primarily in-person with flexible at-home administrative time

Caseload: approximately 8-10 part-time clients with a structured ramp-up period

Expectations are intentionally set to support ethical care, meaningful supervision, and sustainable workloads

Strong emphasis on meaningful supervision, staff development, and sustainable clinical practices

Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and coaching to RBTs

Analyze data and adjust programming based on client progress

5,000 sign-on bonus, paid over 12 months based on retention
