Stakeholder Management: Serving as the primary point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, partners, and industry influencers, to strengthen relationships and gather critical insights.

Leveraging deep domain expertise and business acumen to make strategic decisions that balance short-term operational needs with long-term growth opportunities.

To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs. To manage program budget, operations and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Works closely with other technical advisors or CTO or CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issue or risk identification, and resolution. To establish, track and review KPI or Metrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
