Emergency Room (ER) RN - Weekend Nights

Bring your emergency nursing expertise to a dynamic ER setting providing care for a diverse range of patients. This contract role offers the opportunity to work in a unit serving all age groups, treating cases such as DKA, COPD, stroke, chest pain, abdominal pain, and psychiatric emergencies. The department is currently undergoing positive changes to align with best practice and shared governance as they pursue trauma designation.

Three 12-hour night shifts per week (19:00 - 07:00)
Every other weekend required (Friday to Sunday)
Floating to COVID unit possible
Active Georgia or compact RN license, in hand
Minimum 2 years of recent ER nursing experience
Proficiency with EPIC charting
Comfortable with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios
Willingness and confirmed availability to work every other weekend
Background from a Level I Trauma Center
Open to first-time travelers, though previous travel experience is preferred
