Full time SLP/Speech Language Therapist

Job Type: Full-Time | School-Based Setting

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 (DOE)

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services for K-12+ students with diverse developmental needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student communication goals and educational success.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and consultative speech‑language therapy services to students

Conduct evaluations and prepare detailed assessment reports

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals

Support students using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP discussions

Collaborate with teachers, OTs, PTs, and other specialists

Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers regarding student progress

Maintain required records and comply with documentation standards

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology

Arizona Department of Education SLP Certificate

Current NPI and eligibility for Medicaid billing

Experience working with pediatric, school‑based, or special education populations preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience with AAC devices and developmental disabilities

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to create individualized treatment plans

Passion for supporting students’ educational and communication growth
