Blackbird Health is looking for an Adolescent Addiction Therapist to join our team. This is a hybrid role out of any of our current PA clinic locations. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. You will provide support to our patients who suffer from video game and other addictions.

Part-time positions for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC and LMFT).

W-2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week)

Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non-clinical hours

Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends

Work Model: Hybrid (virtual and in-person) with a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week onsite.

Base Salary: $50,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week)

Experienced clinician with a passion for working with adolescents, young adults and their families using evidence-based practices

Skilled in facilitating both in-person and virtual telehealth sessions with strong technical proficiency (Google Suite, EMR systems, virtual platforms)

Dedicated to high-touch, comprehensive care, not just clinical sessions, but true partnership with families and caregivers

Provide individual evidence-based therapy to adolescents, and young adults (ages 10-26), building strong therapeutic relationships through consistent, high-quality care

Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records

Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW in Pennsylvania

Possess one (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients

Have one (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting

Flexibility to work during Blackbird's core after-school hours: after 4pm ET during the week and/or weekends

Immediate patient referrals with guaranteed caseload - start seeing patients right away

Flexible scheduling within business needs - set your own hours with emphasis on after-school and weekend availability

Full administrative support - we handle credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR so you can focus on clinical care

Paid weekly clinical consultation - ongoing support and skill development built into your schedule
